uncomfortable talking about.
What happens if I miss one of my sessions?
We do like clients to let us know if
they can't keep an appointment but we appreciate that sometimes it is not always
possible to contact us. You will be offered one more session the following week
at the same time and you will be asked to confirm that you will be attending.

Yes, except for the 'drop in' when we

What does the counsellor do?
Your counsellor is there to listen to

is not always easy but it can help a lot. Your counsellor will try to understand
you and will not tell you what to do. Counselling is not advice.

This will be explained to you on your
first visit.
